1. Who we are

LE DECO Flowers is a handcraft atelier based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: info@le-deco.eu, +370 601 23177.

2. Products & made-to-order

All items are handmade to order. Slight variations in shape and shade are part of the craft and not defects. Production takes 3–5 business days before dispatch.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is processed securely by Revolut Business; we do not store card details.

4. Delivery

We ship worldwide from Vilnius with tracking. Standard delivery takes 1–2 weeks depending on destination; express options 2–4 days. Customers outside the EU are responsible for local import duties and taxes.

5. Cancellations & returns

Because each piece is made to order to your specification, orders cannot be cancelled once crafting has begun, and personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16c). If something is wrong with your order, contact us — we will always look for a solution.

6. Damaged deliveries

Report transport damage within 5 days of delivery with photos. After confirmation we send a replacement free of charge and arrange the return of the damaged item.

7. Safety

Lamps must be used with LED bulbs only, within the wattage stated on the product page. Electrical components are CE/VDE (EU) or cULus (US/CA) certified. Installation should be carried out by a qualified person.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
