1. Controller

LE DECO Flowers, Vilnius, Lithuania — info@le-deco.eu — is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect & why

Orders: name, email, phone, shipping address and order details — to make and deliver your order and to meet accounting obligations (legal basis: contract performance, legal obligation).

Contact form: name, email and your message — to answer you (legitimate interest).

Payments are processed by Revolut Bank UAB; we never receive your card details. Revolut’s own privacy policy applies to the payment step.

3. Cookies & local storage

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser’s local storage and is not sent to us until you check out.

4. Retention

Order data is kept for as long as accounting law requires (10 years in Lithuania). Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years.

5. Sharing

Data is shared only with carriers (to deliver your parcel), Revolut (to process payment) and our hosting provider — never sold.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt). Write to info@le-deco.eu.
